British TikTok Star Francis Bourgeois was in high demand on the initial practice day of the inaugural Miami Grand Prix. Many people in the F1 paddock wanted to meet and click a picture with him. Williams’ driver, Alex Albon, was one of the people who were very excited to meet Francis.
He even swapped his helmet with the British Star and shared the post on Instagram. Albon presented him with the blue Miami-inspired helmet that he will use in the race. The Thai driver was beaming with happiness while clicking a picture with Bourgeois.

Williams F1 boss reflects on Alex Albon and his performances in 2022
The Thai driver has managed to score a point on his return to the sport in arguably the slowest car on the grid. Jost Capito, CEO and team principal of Williams Racing, revealed Albon has settled amazingly well within the team.

“Alex is settling in fantastically. I think it is the best that could have happened to the team. But what I was underestimating is what he gained through having a year outside the car,” said Capito.

“As he worked with Red Bull, he was at most of the races, and he’s seen how the interaction of the driver and team is, and then as he was in the team he’s seen how the drivers could impact the team and how the team reacted, which is something a driver normally doesn’t get,” said the Williams team boss.

Alex is getting the most out of FW44 and showing the true capabilities of the car. But he would hope that the car would improve throughout the season and become more competitive. If it becomes more competitive, then he can regularly fight for points on the grid.
