The Ferrari driver gave a ‘go ahead’ to his fellow F1 driver to pour champagne on Bolt. While Bolt jumped away once he understood what happened to him, all four of them seemed to have enjoyed the moment.
Prior to this incident, Hamilton kicked off the interview by expressing how he believes Austin is his favorite track. As the interview went on, the Mercedes driver asked the Jamaican, “How’re you feeling after our drive?” Hamilton was referring to a drive session where he took Usain Bolt for a ride in a Mercedes AMG GTR. To which Bolt replied, “I’m a little bit nervous.”
