Female golf legend Annika Sorenstam is reaching new heights of collaboration. Her recent post on Instagram has become a hot topic of discussion among sports enthusiasts. She also shared the collaboration news on her Instagram story and wrote, “we’re buzzing with excitement about this partnership.” If she is this excited, imagine how excited her fans must be, along with the fans of The Indianapolis 500. And if you love Fizzy Beez, there is a cherry on the cake for you all.

Cusick Motorsports, a famous name in the racing world, also posted the announcement on Instagram. “We’re excited to have Annika and her new Fizzy Beez Sparkling Cocktails aboard our family of partners.” Yes, you read that right. The golf legend’s drink brand Fizzy Beez will collaborate with Cusick Motorsports for 2023. It may be weird because one of the world’s loudest sporting events is the Indianapolis 500. In contrast, one of the least noisy sports is golf. However, the two sports will combine for the 107th Indianapolis 500 on May 28, 2023, when a renowned golfer will partner with Cusick Motorsports and Dreyer & Reinbold Racing.

In one of the most significant events in the world, Stefan Wilson will operate a Dallara Indy car powered by a Chevrolet engine. Sorenstam and her husband, Mike McGee, developed Fizzy Beez as a ready-to-drink cocktail to refresh the memory. They wanted more than what they found on the market. Even though 2021 was rough for the golf legend, this year will be better regarding her business.

The LPGA legend explained the reason for the collaboration and said, “We love their passion for life and the way they approach networking and hospitality through racing.”

She also explained another reason her cocktail brand can benefit from this partnership. She said, “Our drinks are available in Ohio, Tennessee, and Northern Nevada, and we feel this will help our brand recognition as we actively look to secure distribution in other states.”

A single thread connects everything, even if Fizzy Beez and Sorenstam may be recent additions to the Cusick Motorsports clan. Sorenstam has served as a global brand ambassador for Lohla Sport since 2021. They were also Cusick Motorsports’ first official partner.
