While the golf world was hoping to see Tiger Woods back on the golf course, the 15-time Major winner may spend more hours in the courtroom. The Hall of Famer was sued by his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman, who claims Woods’ Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust owes her $30 million. Though the exorbitant amount may already be worrying the golfer, as per recent reports, Tiger’s Jupiter Island Mansion may also be at stake in the lawsuit.

The legal drama between Woods and Herman has been bizarre since it became public. While the couple has been together since 2017, the world became aware of their breakup through Erica’s lawsuit earlier this month. Herman seeks $30 million from her former beau for breaking their ‘Oral Agreement’.

The couple supposedly signed the NDA back in 2017, which Herman now wants to be nullified. Tiger and Erica lived together in Tiger’s $54 million Jupiter Island Mansion until the end of last year. But following their breakup, it is quite apparent the couple don’t live together.

Tiger Woods in trouble of losing $30 million and a $54 million house

For the past five years, Woods and Herman lived in his Jupiter Island mansion along with the golfer’s two kids from his previous marriage, Sam and Charlie. According to Erica, she had an ‘Oral Tenancy Agreement’ with Tiger’s trust Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust that would ensure her living in the massive mansion for five more years.

However, according to the People, the Billionaire misled his former girlfriend into going on a short vacation before locking her out of his $54 million mansion. Nonetheless, Woods and his Trust claimed to have provided Herman with a stay at the ‘luxury resort’ and also a sum of money.

The lawyers of the Trust also defended the golfer by claiming Erica was only allowed to live in the home while she was dating Woods. However, the ex-girlfriend now seeks to stay in the mansion through her filed lawsuit. If the decision goes her way, Tiger Woods might end up losing his beloved Jupiter Island House where he lives with his two children.

Nonetheless, the case is far from over, it has only begun. A lot more reports about the 15-time Major winner will be unfolded in the coming days. However, whether they are true or false will only be proven by the judiciary system of the United States of America.
