‘He’s My Best Friend in The Whole World’: Team USA Warhorses Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas Expound on The Joy of Playing Together at The Presidents Cup

We all had friends in high school. Do you remember the joy of being on the same team as your best friend on the school team? Well, that joy was recently seen on the faces of golfers. Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas. Spieth and Thomas are on the same team for the Presidents Cup, and they couldn’t be anymore happier about it.

During the press conference for the Presidents Cup held on September 22, both the former world No. 1’s expressed their happiness. Even though the joy was surrounded by the competition to get more points for their team, they are pleased about it.

The joy of playing together as friends

During the press conference, the golfers were asked to describe the competitive joy they are feeling of being able to play together. Spieth could not be more excited about it. In his words, “It’s really fun, right? He’s my best friend in the whole world.

He said that playing golf with your best friend is an incredible experience. You get to compete against each other while also working together – it’s the best of both worlds! And according to him, there’s nothing more fun than feeling that camaraderie and connection with someone you care about.

Thomas is relishing the opportunity to win a point for their team at the Presidents Cup and a point with one of his best friends. It’s just one of those heavenly feelings for him. They know each other’s games and how to play off each other’s strengths. Spieth and Thomas are helpful and can stay out of each other’s way.

The age old bond between Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas

Spieth and Thomas have been close friends since they were both 13 years old, and competed against each other for the first time at the Junior All-Star event at Walnut Creek Country Club. They both opened with a score of 68 during the two-day event. But Spieth took a two-stroke lead on the front nine of the second day. In the end, Spieth emerged victorious.

Spieth and Thomas have been friends and competitors for what we feel like forever. They’ve played at the sport’s highest level, and their success has only fueled each other’s fire. Today, they’re playing together for Team USA at the Presidents Cup.
