And in 2017, he extended that deal for 10 more years for $200 million. He also has a $100 million deal with the equipment manufacturing company, Taylormade.

On the other hand, the current World No. 1 has a net worth of $16 million in 2022. His win at the 2021 US Open at Torrey Pines helped him to earn $2.5 million; as a result, it took his career earnings to $38 million. The Spaniard is in the 40th position on the career money leaders list on the PGA Tour, with earnings of $31,475,452.

Apart from his tournament earnings, Rahm also has quite a few endorsements. He is the brand ambassador of Blue Yonder, a software and consulting firm. He also has a deal with Callaway and with its subsidiary apparel brand, Travis Mathew. However, Rahm still needs to catch up against Rory in earnings. But with a number of years left in his career still, he might easily do so.

McIlroy’s first round at API

Rory leads the field after the first round at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. The 32-year-old professional carded a round of 65, seven-under-par. His fiery round included three birdies on the front nine. As a result, he moved out in three-under-par, 33. He made three birdies, one eagle, and a single bogey on the back nine, en route to his 65.
