When a PGA Tour pro wins a match, it’s not far-fetched to imagine that their phone automatically floods with texts from people congratulating him on his success. But as far as this PGA Tour pro is concerned, nobody can top this star golfer with their messenger numbers. Last time, we got a peek into his phone, and that disclosed a whole lot of astounding information.

Now, the question arises as to whether the golfer can match the popularity he had in June.  He had texts from all the sports phenoms and wondered if that history would again repeat itself after the $75 million playoffs finish. Can he have that grand finish again? 

Can the PGA Tour pro’s popularity at the $75 million playoffs gather him more fanboys?

After Keegan Bradley’s stellar $3.6 million win at the Travelers Championship with a score of 23-under 257, the one-time PGA Tour champion received a lot of applause from people. And that list of people included several celebrity players from different sports fields. His list included names like Michael Jordan, Timmy Wakefield, the Boston Red Sox, Baba Booey, and Aaron Rodgers

However, Bradley was humble, flaunting his Rolodex, and it was clear that his messages meant everything to him. Even he said in an interview with Golf Digest, “Well, of course, Michael Jordan texted me, and that means a lot to me. He’s obviously my hero but one of my good friends ”

In addition, he said, “Aaron Rodges. That meant a lot, even though he plays for the Jets now”. But the question that arises now is will the fanboys who showed their camaraderie then show their support again if the 37-year-old wins the Tour Championship?

The answer to this will be found with Sunday’s completion of the game. Also, if Bradley, who sits in T4 of the leaderboard with a total of 13-under par, can surpass Viktor Hovland, Collin Morikawa, who sit in the first position jointly, and Scottie Scheffler, who sits in the third position after the end of the first leg of the tournament. 

Keegan Bradley’s performance in the Tour Championship so far

Keegan had quite a decent start in the opening round of the Tour Championship held at East Lake Golf Club. He had a bogey-free round on Thursday with seven birdies on holes 5, 6, 7, 12, 15, 16, and 18. Thus, finishing with a score of 63 at the end of the round. Then in the second round, the Traveler’s Championship winner had an unsuccessful bogey on hole 13, but he managed four birdies on holes 6, 14, 15, and 18. Thus, tied his score at 67 at the end of the round.
