Jena Sims and Brooks Koepka need no introduction at all to the golf world. The power couple is one of the most popular pairs in the sporting world. And their family of three, including their pet dog Cove, recently added a member as they welcomed their firstborn on July 27.

Although faced with a few hurdles during their pregnancy, the couple was able to pull through and have a wonderful experience. Their son, Crew, came into the world, adding to both their family and responsibilities. another set of responsibilities for the couple. However, amid the chaotic times of juggling multiple things, Mr. and Mrs. Koepka have found a way to keep smiling with an adorable “mom and dad” moment.

Brooks Koepka has proven to be an inspiration to many aspiring golfers around the world. And now, he is on a new path with his wife, Jena, as they embark on parenthood together. Even so, they have taken time out of their busy work and parenting schedules to spend time with each other in a splendid display of love and affection.

Sims took to her Instagram a while back to share a story about their night. The new mommy posted a photo of her in an elegant blue dress with a bag in her arms, all dolled up for a date. The picture was shared with the caption “First date night as Mom and Dad, last date night for a while😛💙” expressing her excitement for the same.

Jena is seen to be very excited as she gets ready to go on the duo’s first date night after becoming parents. Even so, the situation turns out to be short-lived as they return to their roles as mother and father to Crew along with their professional careers.

Koepka will be returning to golf for his next tournament at Rich Harvest Farms, while Sims will be taking care of the baby as well as working on her modeling career. The LIV defector will look to carry forward his current mood, along with the love and support from his family, to register a win at LIV Golf Chicago.

Even though they’re all smiling now, that wasn’t the case just weeks ago. After all, their newborn bundle of happiness was not completely healthy when he was born, as the couple had faced a scare during his birth.

The couple’s worrisome struggle with pregnancy and birth

Crew was admitted to the hospital as soon as he was born since he arrived six weeks earlier than the due date. Jena had to undergo a C-section due to this, and their son was kept at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) while food was being fed through a tube. Nevertheless, the strong baby pulled through and was eating better after getting treated by the nurses and doctors at the hospital.

The model made sure to let the sweet caretakers of the NICU know of her gratitude as she presented them with gifts for taking care of her baby angel. She was even seen expressing her sympathy to the parents who are forced to leave their babies at the hospital due to health issues. The safety of a child is the utmost priority for a parent, and Sims was able to realize it again through the disastrous experience.
