After their session, Roger Federer had warm things to say about Andy Murray. He remembered the previous time they had practiced together, which was way back in 2005. The Swiss ace was impressed with the two-time champion’s movement on the grass court.
The Basel-born player stated, “It was very nice to share the court with Andy. The last time we were on a practice court together I think it was the Australian Open in 2005 or something and he thought it was maybe 2006. We didn’t do it for a long time, I thought he looked good, to be honest, he is really comfortable on grass.”
