The Saudi Pro League has intrigued soccer players across the globe! Mainly after their flurry of signings in the past summer. This, of course, has followed after soccer mega-star Cristiano Ronaldo signed for Al Nassr in January 2023. Al Hilal star Aleksandar Mitrovic made an interesting revelation regarding his compatriot. After his move to Chelsea didn’t happen, the Serbian duo discussed the possibility of current Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic taking the most popular transfer route of the summer!

At Vlahovic’s current club, there’s a lot of controversy floating around. Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly prepared to take legal action against his former employer as he hasn’t received his deferred payments amounting to about $21.2 million! While the current state of Juventus isn’t the most pleasant, the club’s Serbian striker might also end up leaving.

During the international break earlier last week, players from all over the world joined up with their national squads. And it seems as though Dusan Vlahovic has been showing interest in the Saudi Pro League as per his national colleague Aleksandar Mitrovic. A source recently revealed that the Al Hilal striker had floated the ambitious idea to the Juventus striker of joining the Saudi soccer revolution.

As the source on X (formerly known as Twitter), Mitrovic said, Vlahovic, the Juventus striker, asked me about the Saudi League and wanted to know how I felt playing in Saudi Arabia. I told him that he should join the Saudi League and suggested the idea to him”, as translated by DeepL. The Serbian striker has always been in red-hot demand for clubs across Europe. Cristiano Ronaldo returns to Saudi after a disappointing international break

Cristiano Ronaldo had an international break to forget after his performances for Portugal weren’t the best. To add to the soccer legend’s misery, he was also omitted from the Ballon d’Or nomination list for the first time in 20 years. However, his greatest competitor Lionel Messi is still on the list. While the Argentine World Cup winner targets his eighth Ballon d’Or, Ronaldo’s sights are elsewhere.

Nevertheless, the Portuguese soccer star will look to continue Al Nassr’s title charge as they look to win the Saudi Pro League. Al Nassr emerged victorious against Al Raed with a 1-3 scoreline and Cristiano Ronaldo was on the scoresheet along with Anderson Talisca and Sadio Mane.
