Hulk Hogan Once Revealed the Reason He Was Drawn to the Ring Despite Battling Health Problems: “It Was Just…”

Inside the ring, fans know Hulk Hogan to be a buff, fearless, and dangerous guy. What’s more, he has also proven time and again why he deserves to be known as one of the top wrestlers of all time. Hulk Hogan has won several Royal Rumble and World Heavyweight Championship matches. Furthermore, his reality shows and acting stints have also been well-received by his fans in the past. However, while things might look great on paper, the reality is quite different sometimes. In 2010, a documentary on Hulk Hogan came out, namely ‘Finding Hulk Hogan.’ These docuseries followed his career trajectory. Furthermore, it also showed his personal life and injuries. One of the things in focus was also the severe back injury that he struggled with. Most fans might not know this, but he suffered quite a lot due to the same.

Furthermore, there was also the question of whether he would be able to return to wrestling due to the same. However, the documentary also revealed all of the reasons why Hogan wanted to get better. It showed fans why playing was so important to him.

Why did Hulk Hogan want to get back?

When asked why he wishes to do so, he replied with something shocking. Hogan said that not being inside the ring confuses him.

“I was dazed I was overwhelmed I was attracted to the light. I was it was just huge fireworks constantly blowing in my face and I was just kind of like hypnotized to keep going. It was so
intense when I think about the truth you know I used to start tracking myself in the middle of the ring,” said Hogan.

Furthermore, he also revealed that he had a special connection with him.

That rush and that energy and like being in heaven it’s the ultimate euphoria sometimes I space out like floating in the air.”

It was almost like he did not know what to do if not play.
