With Christmas just around the corner, Formula One decided to ring in the holiday season with a game of Secret Santa. Nearly every driver participated, with the exception of Sebastian Vettel, Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas, for different and valid reasons. The main highlight from the game was the trio of Lando Norris, Alex Albon and George Russell.

The mischievous trio trolled each other with their gifts, with Albon teasing Norris and Russell trolling Albon. Apparently, Albon gifted the McLaren driver a manual breast pump, an advent calendar and chocolate. Clearly, the Red Bull driver kept Norris’ fondness for milk with his little gift. As seen in the video, Lando Norris loved it and was giggling like a child who got his favourite toy.

However, George Russell got revenge on Norris’ behalf, with his gift to Albon. The Williams F1 driver’s card read, “To Alex, for the next time you are fighting for a podium”. At the moment, Alexander Albon knew that his secret Santa was Russell. This was because he was always going to troll the Red Bull driver for his missed podium opportunity.

So, one could only imagine him doubling over in laughter when he unwrapped his gift to reveal a jumbo-sized rear-view mirror. He then took a jab at newly-crowned 6-time world champion, Lewis Hamilton. He said that he would tell his crew to fit it in next time, so that he could see Lewis if he ever tried a move.

For the uninitiated, it was an obvious reference to the fact that Alex Albon was primed for a podium in Brazil. Unfortunately, in the dying stages of the race, Hamilton misjudged his braking and clattered the Red Bull while trying a move.
