In what has turned to be the biggest fall from grace, FC Barcelona is in trouble. When club legend Lionel Messi left Spain, fans were furious at the board for failing to retain the player. Likewise, their transfer recruitment in recent seasons has not been exemplary owing to the enormous debts they face. Even though they have a young and talented squad, they clearly lack a star player. Memphis Depay came in to provide the spark needed but did not build upon his good start. However, the player reassured that although the club is going on a tough phase, it will rise again.
