Aaron Judge made his MLB debut, through the Pinstripes in 2016. Since then, he’s come a long way with the Yankees. Moreover, today, he stands as the face of the modern-day New York Yankees.

However, even though Judge made his MLB debut in 2016, his career took off after he led the homer race in 2017, won Rookie of the Year, and started making All-Star appearances. One year before that, Judge, who’s from the Bay, did a typical New Yorker activity and traveled the subway to reach work with the then-teammate, Tyler Austin.

Back in 2016, then-rookies, Aaron Judge, and Tyler Austin, rode the NYC subway to their workplace, Yankee Stadium, with the YES Network reporter, Meredith Marakovits. On being asked about their place of work, the two excited rookies spoke about the unreality of actually working in Yankee Stadium. They said, “We talk about it every day, we go in there like we’re in Yankee Stadium right now.”

All through their journey, the outfielder and baseman interacted with their fans. On being asked about their fans, Aaron Judge said, “Just to see the support and the excitement they had just to see is, it’s pretty awesome. Yeah, we got the best fans in the world. Fun to actually meet them in person.”
