Not long ago, Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Anthony Bass stirred up the internet when he posted a picture of his kids on a flight and a popcorn mess around them. Apparently, the United Airlines’ cabin crew had forced the ace’s wife, who, at the time, was 22 weeks pregnant, to bend down and clean up the mess made by their daughters. The athlete was fuming over this, and hence, took his frustration out by bashing the Airlines. However, as it turned out, things went sideways for the ace, as baseball fans from all over brutally bashed the Jays pitcher for not owning responsibility for the mess made by his daughters.

Now, a couple of weeks after the said incident, MLB icon Alex Rodriguez’s executive, Bar Stool Sports’ Dan Katz, set Twitter ablaze with a saucy take on Anthony Bass’ wild incident.

What did Katz do to make fun of Anthony Bass?

Dan posted a picture on his Twitter handle, bent on one knee, completely surrounded by a popcorn mess. As he posted that picture, he wrote beside it, “The flight attendant just made my 22-week pregnant husband traveling with a 5-year-old and 2-year-old get on his hands and knees to pick up the popcorn mess by my youngest daughter. Are you kidding me?!?!”

This was a not-so-subtle dig at Bass and his alleged entitledness, which garnered him quite a lot of hate from the baseball world. Needless to say, moments after this picture went on Twitter, fans started going crazy as to why they didn’t think of something like this before.
