Former Yankees Captain Derek Jeter Joins Hand With Renowned Founder Brian Lee to Launch Sports Card Collecting Platform Arena Club

Derek Jeter has achieved everything a baseball player dreams of. Having played for over two decades for one of the biggest sports franchises, Jeter set a benchmark in Major League Baseball. 

He was not a clean hitter like Alex Rodriguez or David Ortiz. But whatever he did in the ballparks benefited the most to his team. He was one of such rare players who never cared for individual glory. And that was the main reason Jeter became a symbolic figure for the New York Yankees.

Now, since he no more plays his beloved game, the former Yankees captain is trying his hands at different things. Recently, Derek Jeter joined hands with renowned founder, Brian Lee, to launch a sports card collecting platform, Arena Club.

Derek Jeter launches a digital platform for sports card collecting platform

Per Fox Business, Arena Club will work as a bridge between the long-lasting sports card collecting hobby and the upcoming world of digital sports celebrities. On this platform, collectors can buy, trade, and sell cards at the company’s marketplace.

Brian Lee, the other co-founder of the company, has been in this business for over five years. Given the details, Arena Club will be the perfect marketplace for sports card collectors. Not to forget that earlier this month, a 1952 Mickey Mantle card got sold for $12 million.

When talking about Derek Jeter, the Yankees legend was in the Bronx this Thursday. The Pinstripes honored him for his Hall of Fame induction in 2020. Notably, Jeter has been an influential figure in the Yankees clubhouse.
