After his retirement in 2016, in a short span of time, A-Rod’s strong and charismatic personality brought him to the world of broadcasting, where he remained close to the game. Eventually, he also met Bardia Shah-Rais, the Fox Sports vice president.
A-Rod, who made his debut as the youngest Mariner ever, has also grown to become extremely active on his social media while sharing regular updates about his whims. Similarly, most recently, A-Rod wished his close friend and the Fox Production VP on his special day.

The 14-time All-Star Alex Rodriguez is an esteemed broadcaster and analyst on Fox; who most recently called the National League postseason alongside David Ortiz and Frank Thomas.
