This season is all about All Rise. Everybody has been a witness to the tremendous rise of New York Yankees star Aaron Judge. The record that remained unbroken for 61 years does not stand still anymore. The number 62 came after a huge celebration of the Yankees winning the AL East title after three years.

After a victory over Blue Jays on Tuesday night, the Pinstripes won the division for the twentieth time in their history. With the start that the Yankees had in the second half of this season, the possibility of them winning the league, much less making it to the playoffs, seemed impossible.

But then Judge took over the charge and fulfilled his prediction of hitting fifty this year. Not only he did do that, but he also broke Roger Maris’ all-time AL record of most home runs in a season. Numbers put up by him are more than commendable. This then led the research students from NYC to determine the number of home runs if Judge had been juicing this entire time.

A strange study shows how many home runs Aaron Judge would have hit had he been taking steroids

A group of mathematics science students dig up the statistics of every baseball player from 2001 to 2022. Their aim for doing so was to determine the approximate number of homers Aaron Judge would have hit this year.

The real number is, of course, 62. But the students wanted to have a look at the number of homers by Judge had he been taking performance-enhancing drugs all this time. The range given by the students is much more than shocking. According to their research, the number would’ve been somewhere in the range of 81 to 87.

While considering higher value, then, All Rise would have passed the controversial home run record of 73 home runs in a season by a big margin. Judge had already hit 50 home runs in his rookie season. Therefore, after years of practice, hitting 60 or more was never out of the question for jersey number 99.
