However, as soon as this update hit Twitter, the Pinstripes fans started bashing the management for not being able to build a team that is worthy of winning a world series trophy. Aside from this, they are also talking about giving growth of the extra eighteen percent to recruit the two-way phenom Shohei Ohtani to their team when he becomes a free agent post-this season.

And given he is about to be a free agent after the 2023 season, he is all set to get a contract worth around $500 million. The Yanks came a little closer to winning their 28th world series trophy last season but couldn’t get past the Astros in ALCS. Hence, fans are angry about putting up the players who, according to them, shouldn’t be on the field.
