According to legend Deion Sanders, baseball is the hardest sport. As when it comes to hitting, the job becomes more difficult. Because of this, only a few can find success at plate consistently adding to their records. MLB legend Alex Rodriguez is one of those who did the same and became a part of undying history. It includes 696 home runs, 3000 hits, 2000 RBIs, and more, which made him a special player. But this is not all. The former New York Yankees slugger had another record that he still holds even after retiring in 2016.

Undoubtedly, Rodriguez is one stalwart of the game. It is visible in his records and wins, including multiple MVP awards, all-star selections, and more. But there is another record that continues to add to his MLB stardom. The 2009 champion had a revisit for the same, which he created a decade back, ending a drought of decades to get his name in the record books.
