Per People.com, Jeter credited his wife for holding their family together. He said Hannah has always been patient with him and their newborn baby. Jeter said this when he became a father for the first time.
“She has been an unbelievable mother, she has a great deal of patience — not only with my daughter but with me,” Jeter said in 2017.
He also expressed how his life changed after he became a father to a daughter. Because every day the couple had a fresh experience while raising their child.
“Every day is something new. When the baby is born, you can’t wait for her to crawl, then you can’t wait for her to walk. Then when she starts walking, she starts running, and when she starts running, you wish she wasn’t walking, running, or crawling — you wish she’d stay still,” Jeter added.
Currently, Derek Jeter and Hannah Jeter are parents to three daughters. And the couple has been happily living for over ten years.
