Stars are finally falling in line for Minnesota Twins shortstop Carlos Correa. During the entire 2022 off-season, Correa’s free agency remained a topic of conversation in everybody’s minds. From a $350 million contract of 13 years with the San Francisco Giants to the $315 million contract of 12 years with the New York Mets, Correa eventually settled for $200 million for 6 six years with the Minnesota Twins. Coming back to the Twins was not the first option in Correa’s mind. But in the end, it was the only one that worked out.

And now, after months of uncertainty, the hard work is finally paying off for the Twins’ shortstop. Last night, the Minnesota Twins played against the Toronto Blue Jays. Not only did Correa help the team win by a good margin, but he did so by achieving a commendable feat. Moments after achieving this iconic feat, one of the biggest fans of Correa, his wife, Daniella Rodriguez, celebrated her husband’s achievement with a special gesture.

The ceremonial first pitch did the deed for Correa!

Carlos Correa met his now-wife, Daniella Rodriguez, back in 2016 when she threw the first pitch at an Astros game. The first pitch by Daniella had left the shortstop instantly smitten, and they started dating shortly after.

The couple then quickly fell in love, and moments after Correa won the World Series in 2017, he proposed to Daniella right there on the field. Notably, she said yes, and the couple are now proud parents of two boys.
