UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya is a force to reckon with, not just in the middleweight division, but UFC in its entirety. The New Zealander has thwarted every challenge threw upon him in the most clinical way possible.
While he may rue the fact that he wasn’t able to become dual division champ, he still can keep his head high for the ruthlessness he carries in his own division. The kickboxing master has mastered every field of martial arts, as everything including striking, boxing, grappling and other aspects serve with equal importance.
So, the question may arise, what else? While any other fighter would be content with these many attributes, Adesanya is a different beast. He has continued to grow and is likely to continue growing.

Recently, ‘The Last Stylebender‘ took to Twitter and shared a video of him practicing a new move. During a practice session with his trainer, Adesanya did a session of back kicks to the body. While his front kicks to the body have seen him down many opponents, this new move would elevate his game even further.

The New Zealand native, who recently turned 32, had also posted a tweet targeting his fellow division mates. Since none of them have been able to beat him, he urged them to either get better or prepare better excuses if they lose.
Adesanya (21-1) wrote, “PSA: Middleweights…you’re f*cked. Another metamorphosis happened on my 32nd trip around the sun. Bottom line, it has come to my attn that Imma need to #applypressure on everything. But yea, all you c*nts at 185 get better or get better excuses. Have a good day!”
