Dale Earnhardt Jr. may add to his racing plans in 2025. The two-time Daytona 500 winner driver teased a collaboration between the Dale Jr Foundation and iRacing, which will be sponsored by his vodka company, High Rock.

Since 2017, Junior has not been engaged in full-time racing, with his last part-time NASCAR appearance coming in the 2024 Xfinity Series. However, the veteran driver has participated in plenty of charitable races to raise money to support women, children, and families in need. His latest post on X hints at another such occasion.

Will fans see Dale Jr. back in action later this year? Yes, they will! He has already confirmed races for 2025 in the zMAX CARS Tour, of which he is a co-owner. He announced on his social media that he will be racing at the Florence Motor Speedway in August, among other short tracks. However, his latest cryptic social media post has fans excited for more races.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. teases exciting collaboration

Dale Earnhardt Jr. is no stranger to charity events. The North Carolina native not only takes part but also hosts golf tournaments, galas, and racing events to raise funds for children’s health and education. Recently, the driver auctioned off several items from his career, including helmets, firesuits, and race cars while his charity golf tournament is quite a high-profile event, where Junior is joined by other NASCAR stars and is a significant fundraiser for the foundation.

In a recent tweet, Dale Earnhardt Jr. wrote, “Coming to @iRacing. Will share more details soon.” The image featured his foundation’s name followed by ‘Driven to Give 400’ followed by ‘Presented by High Rock’, a company owned by the racing driver and his wife, Amy Earnhardt. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Junior participated in a virtual racing series called iRacing Pro Invitational, helping raise $200,000 through donations and sponsorships.

With no racing restrictions in place in 2025, it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that Dale Earnhardt Jr. will go from participating in virtual races to competing on a real racetrack. In 2022, Junior made one start in the Xfinity Series at Martinsville Speedway and displayed a custom steering wheel for the No. 88 Chevy Camaro, which was later auctioned off to raise money to battle food insecurity.

All funds went to support the Nationwide Children’s Hospital. The annual campaign has been very successful in the past, with the 2019 iteration raising $50,000. This time around, Junior could collaborate with iRacing to compete on the track, with proceeds going to his foundation once again.
