Toyota’s “Loyalty” Questioned After Kyle Busch’s Exit Exposes Bitter NASCAR List to the World

Joe Gibbs Racing recently lost one of its star drivers, Kyle Busch to a rival team. However, looking back this wasn’t the first time JGr decided to let go of some of the most talented drivers from their roster.

JGR has let go a large number of drivers who later on went on to either win the championship or do great in their respective careers. And now they add Kyle Busch to that list, as he heads off to Richard Childress racing starting next season. People have been critical of this kind of behavior from the Toyota-powered racing team for a very long time now.

However, after the Busch move, they would have lost far more than they can think of. Considering, that Kyle Busch also has a Truck Series team, even though nothing has been officially stated yet, there’s a high chance they will stop running their Toyota Trucks and instead opt for Chevrolet’s since that’s the same manufacturer that powers RCR.

A fan posted a list of drivers that have been previously shown the door at JGR, mostly because they weren’t interested in them anymore and looked forward to signing the next upcoming talent. NASCAR fans have not been very happy with this approach and took to social media to criticize Joe Gibbs Racing and Toyota Racing Development.

Drivers such as Daniel Suarez, Erik Jones, Harrison Burton, Joey Logano, Noah Gragson, and Kyle Busch being the latest among several others have shared one thing in common and that was being let go by Joe Gibbs Racing.
