When Bubba Wallace Urged Kyle Larson to “Dump the Hell Out of” Joey Logano

Bubba Wallace needs no introduction in the world of NASCAR. In fact, people not familiar with NASCAR are familiar with the name. But Bubba wasn’t always as popular as he is now. And recently, something from his humble beginnings, back in 2016, came to the light. It is a wholesome detail of him supporting a friend.

Although, he put down a Cup Series Champion along the process.

A tweet of him supporting Kyle Larson during his battle with Joey Logano in the 2016 All-Star race came to light.

Wallace sure seems very proud of his buddy, the 2021 Cup Series Champion. However, he compared him to the 2018 Cup Series Champion, and Team Penske royalty, Joey Logano.

The driver of the #23 car for 23XI Racing put down Logano, as he believed Larson would win the race, but he couldn’t.

But why did Wallace pay the ode to Kyle Larson? Well, the two trained together.

Darrell Wallace Jr., better known as Bubba Wallace, was in the NASCAR Next Class of 2012, along with Chase Elliott, Daniel Suarez, and Ryan Blaney.

Of course, Wallace and Larson go way back as buddies, racing together and learning to get better every time.

Naturally, he would want to support his buddy. And the NASCAR Next class of 2012 has become quite iconic, especially in 2022 where all the drivers have got a win, two of which even have a Cup Series Championship.
