In a recent episode of the Tidal League, Naz Reid sat down to discuss Anthony Edwards’ growth from eating Popeyes at interviews to taking his diet seriously. It’s not just about taking care of his health; it’s about his maturity in everything he does, from walking to talking. As Ried says, looking at him playing, it wasn’t hard to tell he was going to be great. However, his growth as a person has been a fresh change that the organization needed to succeed. “I said before I’ve seen the hoops already; you already knew he was going to be what he is, but it’s like just the maturity and the other stuff…It’s just you see the whole growth,” Reid said about AE’s growth since his rookie season.

He even went as far as offering her $100,000 in financial assistance to go through the process.

Following the revelation, AE issued a formal apology addressing the ongoing scandal.
