Tatum got to play with the winner of the Masters 2023 Jon Rahm who took first place in the FedEx Cup standings this year. Rahm was the PGA Player of the Year in 2021 and is the No. 3 golfer in the world currently. Tatum took to social media to post a photo with one of the best golfers in the world at the moment.

Given his strong ties to Memphis, Tatum grabbed the chance to participate in the FedEx St. Jude Championship where the prize pool was $20,000,00. He grew up in Memphis because his stepfather, Jake Barnes, is a native. Many locals even have vivid memories of young Tatum playing AAU basketball while wearing a Memphis War Eagles jersey.
