The Memphis Grizzlies won a 116-103 matchup against the Indiana Pacers. This is the second game in which the team had Ja Morant back. The two-time All-Star was of great help on the offensive end of the floor. He had 20 points, 8 assists, and 5 rebounds for the game. At the same time, his teammates helped out majorly in generating some offense of their own. Morant has always been ecstatic, be it on or off the floor. He often celebrated his wins with some iconic celebrations of his own. And he tried to do the same after this game as well. Morant tried to get his daughter to say his famous phrase, ‘It’s a parade inside my city, yeah.’

Luckily his daughter did not repeat those words but the announcer sure did. Given that the Grizzlies are finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel this season, the excitement among not just fans but even commentators is visible. Morant got a lot of help from his All-Star teammate and reigning Defensive Player of the Year, Jaren Jackson Jr. He poured in 21 points and had 7 rebounds along with 1 assist for the game as well.

But now that the Murray State product is back in action, even his excitement is justified. The only thing Morant needs to look out for is his demeanor off the court rather than when he is on the court.
