Drake and Kevin Durant’s friendship started to blossom back in 2012, when KD was playing in OKC and Drake was doing shows in Oklahoma. They bonded over basketball and music and even collaborated on many projects. KD was featured in “Started from the Bottom” by Drake. They both have featured in other collaborations like with Lil Baby in “Believe Me”. The $260M rich hip hop artist has come out with the latest banger album ‘For All the Dogs’, which is released today.
Kevin has been credited on Drake’s album credit roll. The album featured rap artists 21 Savage, J. Cole, SZA, and Bad Bunny, amongst others. The album is a hit already and fans are going berserk.

Kevin Durant gets credited as A&R in Drake’s album
The slip reaper acted as the ‘artists and repertoire’ which brought the overall work to fruition. KD basically helped put together things, from talent scouting to the creative development in recording songs in collaborations. As the credits roll, KD’s name is enlisted as “A&D”. Durant shared the album on his social media and wrote Drake is “the greatest”.
Drake has name-dropped Kevin Durant in the song “All The Parties” One verse goes like, “Me and KD ’bout to turn up the art”. The album is spreading like wildfire and many are hailing it as a masterpiece. Many fans are saying that Drake is back in form while acknowledging the experiment with sounds in the album.
Fans go Berserk “for all the dogs”
The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and fans are hailing it as the album of the year. Internet celebrity Kai Cenat shared the album on his Instagram, and wrote “dialed in” to the ‘dogs’. CEO of Fanatics, Michael Rubin also approved of the album as a banger and shared it on his official handle. The album cover is drawn by Drake’s 4 YO son Adonis Graham.

One fan compared it to Picasso and wrote, “ADONIS COMING THRU WITH THE PICASSO”. UFC Champion Conor McGregor took a funny jibe and with a hearty emoji he wrote, “Woof woof, the kittens are getting it!”. NBA coach Chris Matthews already wants merch, he wrote, “If you put this on a t-shirt I need one”. Another fan declared it the best and wrote, “Forever etched in history”.
