After the Rising Stars Practice, the NBA TV and the app will air the Basketball Hall of Fame News Conference at 5:30 PM (Eastern Time). Starting at 9:00 PM (Eastern Time), TNT will air the Panini Rising Stars games for fans to enjoy.

Fans can tune in to NBA TV at 11:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Saturday to catch the NBA All-Star practice. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver will also hold a press conference on February 17, 2024, at 7:00 PM, Eastern Time. On February 18, 2024, before the highly anticipated All-Star Game, the NBA will host the NBA Legends Awards. The fans can tune in to watch the awards on NBA TV at 11:30 AM (Eastern Time).
