Apart from being one of the most iconic couples in the league, the pair are also known for their charitable initiatives. With a combined worth of $180 million, the couple is no stranger to philanthropy and through their Eat. Learn. Play Foundation, Steph, and Ayesha have assisted thousands of underprivileged children this year alone.

As the year comes to an end, the couple took to Instagram to thank their fans and well-wishers for being a part of their journey. In the heartwarming video shared on the platform, Steph and Ayesha pour out their hearts.

Farewell to a fruitful year

Bidding farewell to a successful year uplifting the lives of children in Oakland thanks to their foundation, Ayesha shares their gratitude, “As the year ends, Stephen and I want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you, our village, and our community for your unwavering support of Eat, Learn, Play. This year. Thanks to your generosity and commitment, we’ve been able to work alongside our amazing partners to make a real impact in the lives of Oakland students.”

This is not the end of their journey as the couple is already looking forward to the next year. Ayesha adds, “From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being a huge part of this journey. We really couldn’t have done it without you.” She urges everyone to continue supporting them in their venture so that 2024 will be even more productive and impactful.

Founded in 2019, their Eat. Learn. Play Foundation has positively impacted the lives of many children in the Oakland area. Speaking about the goals achieved in 2023, Steph proudly reveals that in 2023 alone, they have been able to distribute tens of thousands of fresh produce and meals to children and their families, and more than 300,000 culture-related books through the foundation.

In addition, they remodeled six schoolyards at eight elementary schools in Oakland and announced their vision to transform the learning experience for the future generation of Oakland students. As we all look forward to a new year, the couple is already working on expanding their goals and vision in catering to more children in the future. They truly are the epitome of a power couple, and the NBA community couldn’t be any prouder!
