D-Nice spoke about his future son-in-law and how he asked him for permission. He talked about understanding how his daughter’s boyfriend wanted to treat her and his plans. He was straightforward in saying that he would have denied giving his daughter’s hand. Shaquille O’Neal was quick to chime in with his own opinion. Shaq said he is never letting his daughter’s boyfriend into one of his companies.

Shaq used the term ‘little punk’ to refer to his daughter’s future fiancé, showing his disapproval. O’Neal has three daughters, Me’ahra, Taahirah, and Amirah. Taahirah was born in 1996 to Shaq and his ex-girlfriend Yardbourgh. He shares Me’ahra and Amirah O’Neal with his ex-wife Shaunie Henderson. He is very particular about his daughters and their future. Once Shaq admitted that he wanted his sons to get out of the house at 18, but wanted his daughters to stay as long as they wanted.

O’Neal was quick to respond to D-Nice’s opinions on the engagement of his daughter. Shaq told him that his response was quite diplomatic and admitted he would not like his daughter’s fiancé.

The Podcast ‘The Bif Face-Off‘ saw Shaq talk about his daughter’s boyfriends. The Lakers star Shaquille O’Neal said if a boy did anything inappropriate with his daughter, he would torture him.

Shaq said, “I’m waiting for her. The first thing I have to let the guy know is all the little things that you think you’re doing I invented. All the sly little moves, like you’re going to the movies and you start to do stuff like that, I did all that stuff. So I need to let him know that I know what he’s thinking.”
