During his recent podcast, The Big Aristotle gave fans the chance to get all the answers. Speaking about his multi-role lifestyle, Shaq shared his secrets. He said: “I break everything down into threes.” Shaq explained, “Eight hours of rest. How many hours a day we got left? So let’s just say you work eight hours right. Now you got eight hours to play.”
