The NBA legend recently took to Instagram to share a video of himself flexing his muscles. In the video, Shaq can be seen showing an insane physique on which he has been working for the past few years. The video is captioned: “#THOTDADDYTHURSDAY STARTS TODAY.”

Shaq has gained a lot of muscle mass which may remind everyone of Arnold Schwarzenegger. Despite undergoing heart surgery two years back, it hasn’t stopped Schwarzenegger from working out. He has continued to work hard on his fitness with the same energy and passion in his seventies as he used to back in his young days.

Arnold Schwarzenegger reveals his first meeting with Shaq

Shaq and Schwarzenegger met for the first time back in 1993, back when Shaq was an Orlando Magic player. Schwarzenegger was among the most famous movie stars at that time. He turned up to a Magic vs New York Knicks game in 1993 and met Shaq before the game.

“I think this is a whole new dimension; it seems to me. He (Shaquille O’Neal) came over today to Planet Hollywood, and he ate his lunch there. I’m telling you the waitresses went and kept bringing food, one meal after the other, and he must have eaten like 10 meals which is staggering the way this guy devoured it,” Arnold said.
