Following this, the 2014 MVP stated that he wouldn’t be going Christmas shopping. He said, “I give presents all year”. His co-host, Eddie Gonzalez, promised Durant that he’d show up with gifts for their next recording. Gonzalez added that while he has presented Durant with gifts, he knows that Durant is someone who doesn’t require anything.
The two-time Finals MVP immediately encouraged his co-host not to get him anything. However, Gonzalez ignored this. Once again he said that he would certainly get Durant something. It’s clear that Durant doesn’t go big on the holidays but he surely likes to be home for them.
