Amongst the many headlines that Dennis Rodman has made over the years, a significant number has been for his fashion choices. Now, Rodman is set to appear in VH1’s ‘The Surreal Life’ reboot. In the show, the 61-year-old legend, while getting his makeup done, reportedly asked a 31-year-old beauty influencer to do it instead.

Rodman is one of eight contestants on the show. The gist of the show is that these eight celebrities spend two weeks in a mansion doing various activities and tasks. The show not only covers the eight contestants doing activities but also their disagreements and arguments.

While filming the show, Rodman was getting his makeup and touch-up done by the crew. However, he asked the 31-year-old beauty influencer Manny Gutierrez to do it instead. Gutierrez is better known as Manny MUA.

The influencer has a mass following of 4.1 million followers on Instagram. While talking to Page Six Style, Manny said he felt ‘honored’ that the Chicago Bulls legend asked him to do his makeup instead of the crew.

Manny’s time with Rodman has been great so far. He said, “To be able to be there and just to share the room with him and share this experience with him was truly so amazing.” The influencer hoped to put Rodman ‘back in drag,’ despite him leading an already fashionable life so far.

As much as Manny wanted to do a full look on Dennis Rodman, he wasn’t able to due to constant shooting and filming. However, he made sure to take the time out and make himself available for applying some makeup.

‘The Worm’ has had a history of pushing boundaries with his fashion choices back in the 90s. He wore bright, vibrant-colored clothes well before they became ‘cool.’ And who can forget Rodman wearing a wedding gown in 1996 to marry himself?
