A few days back, he talked about the violent altercation between Draymond Green and Jordan Poole during the Golden State Warriors camp. While many blamed Green for his actions, O’Neal played down the whole situation. The four-time champion implied it is not unusual between teammates in professional sports.

Green has been an intrinsic part of the Warriors ever since his arrival. His ability to defend almost anyone on the hardwood gave them a lot of options. This helped them go small and be quick on the break and the opponents struggled to keep up. Green still played a part in the Warriors’ title run last season. Poole on the other hand rose to the occasion and made some huge shots during their run.

While talking about it, O’Neal stated there should not be any easy practices to be a winning team. He added he never had an easy practice and stated he has punched his teammates after hard fouls. Shaq disclosed he has had altercations with five teammates in his career.

Before the ring night, Draymond Green made the news for a very different reason; for his green suit. It instantly went viral on social media. In the latest episode of the Big Podcast with Shaq, O’Neal and the crew talked about it. Co-host Nischelle Turner noted that Green’s wife, actress?Hazel Renee is to be blamed for the vent in the suit and suggested she should help her husband with his attire. However, Shaquille O’Neal disagreed immediately.

“First of all, I hope I don’t get in trouble for this. Y’all stay in your wardrobe department and we will stay in ours. That’s all I’m saying. Don’t tell me what I’m supposed to do. I don’t tell you what you’re supposed to do with that pink blouse with the matching jacket,” Shaq replied.
