Michael Jordan. A name that brings back every savage moment from the 90s, the winning streaks, the flying dunks, and obviously the ferocious Bulls. Who can forget the Bulls of the 1990s? The three-peat they had not only once, but twice in the same decade. No team in the 2010s could ever come even near that feat again. No teams, but two. Miami Heat and The Golden State Warriors.

LeBron James’ Miami Heat has won two consecutive world titles in 2012 and 2013. Whereas, the current NBA Champions, Golden State Warriors led by Stephen Curry also won twice continuously in 2016 and 2017. Both the teams dominated in their time and it is safe to say, they dominated the Finals too.

But did both the teams actually copy the Bulls, the original ones to do it? At least, Michael Jordan‘s former teammate John Salley, thinks so. Let’s find out.

Four-time world champion, John Salley, who was also a part of the winning 1996 Bulls team, explained how both teams copied the Bulls. He said on the Vlad Tv Interview- “Phil Jackson had a point guard who can defend, rebound and shoot to three and Michael Jordan who can do all 4 things.”
