However, the contest’s judge, podcast host Nischelle Turner, modified the rules.

She declared that the competition will take place live and on the spot. Upon hearing the new rules, Spice Adams wasted no time in proclaiming that he is not scared of Shaq and removing his t-shirt to show off his traps.

Shaq couldn’t help but took off his t-shirt and saw Spice flexing his muscles. O’Neal arguably looked in much better shape than his contemporary and declared that Spice is not the only one who’s got the traps. Both former athletes went on to engage in a posing contest, pulling off some hilarious poses. Shaq even went so far as to show off his a** muscles while wearing boxer briefs.
