“I Don’t Want to Degrade Them”: Shaquille O’Neal on the 2 Mothers of His 6 “Beautiful” Kids

NBA Legend Shaquille O’Neal is a father to six children, three boys, and three girls. He had those kids with two women and even though he is not married to them right now; he has a huge amount of respect for them. He recently talked about the mothers of his children and he chose to be respectful to them.
Shaq has a 19-year career in the NBA. And at the same time, he was trying to raise six children. Having these many kids means it could get very difficult to manage. But Shaq managed to raise his kids the right way, and he credits the mother of his children for that. He first had a girl child with his ex-girlfriend, Arnetta Yardbourgh.

Then he married Shaunie Nelson. Nelson had a kid from another marriage and Shaq decided to raise him as his own. Shaq and Nelson would go on to have four more children. And then eventually separated in 2009.
Shaquille O’Neal does not like to use the word ‘Baby Momma’
Shaquille O’Neal was recently on the show, Large Families, where he talked about being a parent and his journey as a dad. The former MVP also said that he wants to have two more kids despite being 50 years old. He also talked about the mother of his children and how they did a great job of raising his kids.

Shaq said,” Their moms did a great job of planning activities… You, women, need a lot more credit and a lot more respect because you guys do all the work. That’s why women are the strongest beings on this planet. You guys have to do so much.”
