Kevin Durant Sides With Petty 76ers Star After He Locked Horns With Giannis Antetokounmpo: “To Avoid All the Bulls**t”

The Well Fargo Center in Philadelphia was filled with drama after the 76ers beat the Bucks by 110-102 on November 18. Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo had a tough night on the court as he stepped out after the game to practice his free throws. However, the six-time All-Star got involved in an argument with Philadelphia’s backup center Montrezl Harrell and eventually ended up knocking a ladder. Recently, Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant sided with the petty 76ers star after his altercation with Giannis Antetokounmpo on Friday.
Antetokounmpo had a tough night against the 76ers as he shot 4 of 15 from the line, surprisingly the worst shooting performance of his career. So, the 2021 NBA champ came out again to practice his free throws. However, Harrell took the ball from Antetokounmpo and refused to give it back.

A little while later, Antetokounmpo got back to the court with two more balls and saw a massive ladder in front of the hoop. The Bucks star eventually pushed the ladder aside and ended up knocking it down. Now, Kevin Durant shared his take on Giannis Antetokounmpo’s controversial incident in Philly.
Kevin Durant gives crucial advice to Antetokounmpo
Recently, Kevin Durant appeared on the Boardroom alongside Eddie Gonzalez at the Nets star’s house in Brooklyn. The two-time NBA champ gave his take on Antetokounmpo, pushing the ladder after the game against the 76ers. The host Gonzalez claimed that Antetokounmpo could have waited a while instead of throwing the ladder down. He mentioned the argument the Bucks star had earlier with Montrezl Harrell and suggested Antetokounmpo shoot at home.

Meanwhile, KD responded that he felt like the Bucks were going to have another away game and that was why Giannis Antetokounmpo was eager to shoot. However, the Bucks were on their way home soon. Kevin Durant added, “Yeah, I mean obviously to avoid all of the bulls**t, just wait, just wait till tomorrow.”
The Nets forward advised Giannis Antetokounmpo that he should have waited to get home and avoided the unnecessary scuffle with 76ers backup center Harrell and the management.
What did Harrell say to Antetokounmpo?
As per The Athletic, Harrell told Antetokounmpo, “This isn’t fu**ing Milwaukee. Get that s**t out of there.”

Moreover, a coaching staff member, Jason Love, stood between the two NBA players and told Antetokounmpo that he could not shoot after the game.
The Bucks star refused to back down and came back with two basketballs. Unfortunately, he found a massive ladder in front of the hoop. Giannis asked to move the ladder, but the Arena employee did not comply with his requests. As a result, Antetokounmpo moved the ladder and ended up knocking it.

However, Kevin Durant felt that Giannis Antetokounmpo should have been a little more patient instead of getting himself involved in an uncalled controversy.
