During the transfer window, Steve Nash’s men swapped James Harden for the estranged 76ers guard in Ben Simmons. However, the 25-year-old hasn’t been in full fitness, and is yet to play a game for Durant’s side. But after the latest update, fans went berserk on social media.

NBA fans lose their minds as massive Ben Simmons update emerges

As reported by the ever-so-reliable Shams Charania, Simmons is expected to make his debut during the Nets vs Celtics series. A former All-Defensive Team member, he could get his first minutes as early as Game-4 of the seven match series. Notably though, all of this depends on the 3-time All-Star’s recovery and rehab. Do you think he will feature in this season? Regardless, fans are certainly excited.

Taking to Twitter after the latest report, Nets and NBA fans were extremely expressive. They now believe that the tide can turn, and Simmons’ return could pose a potential threat.
