Recently, an NFL veteran has declared his love for March Madness but not before plugging in something else.

The masses indulge in the Madness by either cheering for their favorite schools or noticing bright NBA prospects dominate the hardwood. NFL legend Rob Gronkowski, who has partnered with one such company, recently managed to plug in a promotion for his brand during an interview, while talking about his love for March Madness.

Rob Gronkowski plugs in brand while professing his love for March Madness
New England Patriots legend Rob Gronkowski has made news after partnering with the online gambling company FanDuel. The partnership garnered further attention as the NFL legend missed a 25-yard kick for $10 million in a live Super Bowl commercial for FanDuel. In an attempt to promote FanDuel and redeem himself, Gronk has now given his two cents on the NCAA Tournament and the betting craze associated with it.

“I love March Madness. You can’t hate on college basketball during March Madness,” said Gronkowski in an interview with Boston.com.

The NFL star was asked to pick a side from the March Madness participants. Gronk replied, “I’m going to say Arizona. They’re going to win it all this year. Can’t hate on Arizona. I went to U of A. Love their new coach (Tommy Lloyd), I hung out with him last year when I was there for a game. Love the guy.”
Crazy time of the year for basketball fans
March Madness has been setting the stage for potential NBA stars for quite some time. Stephen Curry and Kemba Walker are two such legends who had earlier shown their class in the NCAA tournament.
