Kendrick Perkins makes a bold claim about Kevin Durant

Ever since his move to the Golden State Warriors in 2016, KD has faced a lot of criticism from former NBA stars. However, Durant has always defended himself through social media platforms. The expectations for Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns continue to keep rising, considering the performances and results with KD on the floor. Seems like the Suns will face a lot of heat from fans if they don’t win the Championship this year.

Regardless of the surrounding pressure, KD is yet to lose a game with the Phoenix Suns. Devin Booker going off on one side, KD’s addition has made the Suns deadlier, which might have pushed Kendrick Perkins to change his opinion on the 2014 MVP.

Perkins has made some strange admissions in the past, but this one might prove to be the case come June. Despite all the chatter around team-hopping, the 13x All-Star has established himself as one of the greats of the game. He has one of the most lethal offensive skillsets in NBA history and another championship will add to his legacy.

Though Big Perk has given KD his flowers this time, things were not the same a few months back. After KD’s trade to the Suns, Perkins replied to a post that mentioned the Nets’ failure to keep the main stars.
