‘Official 3 God’: LeBron James, Trae Young and NBA Players React to Stephen Curry Breaking Ray Allen’s Three-Point Record

It is a time to remember for Stephen Curry. He has surpassed the record which had his name written all over it. After a couple of hard fought games, Curry has finally achieved the feat. He has etched his name in history by surpassing Ray Allen for the all time threes in NBA history.

The NBA family came out and showed their support for the sharpshooter as well.

Curry got close to the milestone this season. While it seemed to be a far fetch at first, he changed the entire course. After owning almost every record from beyond the arc, he now has the ultimate one. Curry has forever etched his name as one of the greatest shooters of all time, perhaps being the GOAT as well.

He drained the triple at the Madison Square Garden against the Knicks and took over Ray Allen’s record.

NBA family congratulates Stephen Curry

A couple of games ago, Curry was only sixteen threes away from the record. However, all games were challenges henceforth. The “Baby Face Assassin” struggled to make his shots. So after the last game, Curry sat two triples away from getting the record, However, playing at the Madison Square Garden, Curry came out and did the job in just the first few minutes from the opening whistle.

He was evidentially pumped up about becoming the new three point king and his teammates were ecstatic as well. Moreover, Ray Allen himself was on his feet as he saw his record being surpassed by Stephen Curry. Curry broke the barriers of shooting and created a league of his own. Hence, this record only serves as proof of how dominating of a player he has really been.

Curry managed to break the record in 511 fewer games than what Ray Allen did. While it seemed that the pressure was weighing down on him, Curry came out swinging against the Knicks and took what belongs to him. Now, on course to have yet another 400+ threes season, there is no limit to how many he can add to the tally.
