Kobe established himself as a reliable and fierce athlete, which made his merchandise and collectibles quite invaluable. Moreover, after the Lakers legend’s untimely demise, the things closely associated with Kobe have risen greatly in value. Notably, a pair of precious Kobe Bryant sneakers with valuable collectibles worth $200 million are kept in an ordinarily-looking brown brick building for one special purpose.

The building is located somewhere in an unpopular block on a street in Delaware. The ordinary-looking facility is secured with armed guards present outside. Also, there are razor wires on the walls.
