Much like how millions around the world anticipated, LeBron was selected as the 1st overall pick during the 2003 draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The mansion has 6 bedrooms in addition to 8 bathrooms! Moreover, it has luxuries such as a bowling alley, an aquarium and also a personal movie theatre! Talk about money spent well.
This lavish mansion cost LeBron James a whopping upwards of 9 million. To put things into perspective, the average salary in the NBA is around $7.90 million. James spent more than what the average salary in the NBA is in just his rookie year!
