Stephen Curry celebrated Stanford’s win using strange analogy

Stephen Curry took to Twitter to express his excitement for the Cardinals, who made it to the final four. The 2022 Finals MVP wrote, “This was loud!!! Like that slap on that other channel.”

Curry compared the Cardinals’ win with the slapgate incident between Will Smith and Chris Rock during the Academy Awards in March in Los Angeles. While hosting the Oscars, Rock made a joke about Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith. Smith was not happy about the joke and could not hold onto his anger. He walked up to the stage and punched Rock in the face in the middle of the event.
