There is no doubt that Stephen Curry’s Golden State Warriors are a strong team. They arguably won four championships in the last eight years because of their cohesive team structure, and the players that improved with every game. The defending champions succumbed to their second consecutive defeat recently after losing to the Detroit Pistons.

However, a Warriors star has impressed everyone with his game last night. It was definitely a Poole party between the Golden State Warriors and the Detroit Pistons. Though the Pistons won the game by 128-114, it was Jordan Poole’s performance that got everyone’s heads turning.

Within a 52-second time frame,?Poole managed to score 12 points. The young guard was looking at his natural best. Poole’s performance on the court had a lot of fluidity. Coupled with his quickness, he delivered time and time again.

Fans were left amazed at Poole’s incredible feat, and they expressed their awe on social media. Notable, Poole recently signed a $140 million contract extension with the Warriors.

Poole’s performance was undoubtedly much needed in the game. The Warriors were down by 19 points in the third quarter. With his shots, he successfully managed to trim the difference down to a mere 6 points.

The Warriors needed a splash

Furthermore, Jordan Poole could have beaten his own personal record of most points during a quarter. He was ultimately just one point shy.

Stephen Curry and Poole scored 32 and 30 points, respectively. Andrew Wiggins managed to score 10 points in the game.

His shooting sprees at the University of Michigan earned him the recognition of a “Poole party”. He has always been reliable to shoot the ball, and Poole rose to the occasion at several critical points.

In fact, there were rumors that Poole could have missed the game owing to a right ankle sprain.
